After your Audio and Video Systems is successfully installed, Innovative Technical Support Group will be there to fully maintain the equipments — regardless of any issues that may arise during warranty. Innovative provides one point contact for warranty service. Once the warrant period expires we offer the Annual Maintenance Contract to continue the same service support for the equipments. It’s like an extended warranty (for comprehensive AMC). We have found that every customer has different skill-sets and needs, so we will tailor our maintenance contracts and programs to fit each organization.

Every Innovative maintenance contract provides the ability to call our dedicated technical support line. You will be able to rely on our team to help you troubleshoot and identify any issues with your Audio - Video system.
If you do have a problem that requires equipment replacement, we would propose an offer that can be tailored to your company's needs.
