The project posed a significant challenge due to its extremely tight timeline, requiring completion of installation and commissioning within just 15 days. Additionally, the installation process involved working at heights of up to 12 meters to mount speaker poles, which would then be lowered to the required height of 7-8 meters. This added an extra layer of complexity and risk to the project, demanding precise planning, expertise, and execution to meet the deadline successfully.
