Job Title:               Support Engineer

Department:         Technical Service group

Qualification:        ITI in Electronics or Diploma in Electronics/EXTC.

Experience:          Minimum 2 year experience in AV industry.

Gender:                Only male candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operation of all Audio Visual Equipments at Client Location.
2. Setup of equipments for Conferences/Meetings.
3. Troubleshooting of AV Equipments.
4. Clean, maintain and perform minor repairs on mechanical components of audiovisual equipments.
5. Soldering of AV Connectors
6. Maintain records of maintenance, repair and distribution of equipment.
7. Evaluate audio visual equipment for replacement or repair.
8. Maintain Inventory of audiovisual equipment.
9. Co-ordination with Service Helpdesk regarding breakdown.

10. Establish excellent rapport with the customer to develop future business.

Candidate having prior experience in handling Audio Visual products will be given preference.
