We are currently looking for ‘AV Operator’ post at one of our client at “Delhi” location.

Qualification     : B. E. / ITI in Electronics or Diploma in Electronics / EXTC.
Experience        : Minimum 3 years’ experience in AV industry.

Gender             : Only male candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of all Audio Visual Equipments at Client Location.
• Setup of equipments for Conferences/Meetings.
• Troubleshooting of AV Setup
• Clean, maintain and perform minor repairs on mechanical components of audiovisual equipments.
  Maintain records of maintenance, repair and distribution of equipment.
• Co-ordination with Service Helpdesk regarding breakdown.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Managing Audio Video Equipment’s installed in Boardrooms / Auditorium / Meeting Rooms / Training Rooms, etc.
• Good know how of latest technologies in the are of Audio / Video / Mobile / Tech Gadgets like Apple iPad / iPhone / etc.
• Ability to handle Meetings of high stake like Board Meetings etc. in Boardroom / Virtual Meeting rooms on various platforms like MS Teams, Cisco Webex / Zoom / Blue Jeans.
• Must have very good understanding and operational skill of Video Conferencing Endpoint’s installed in Boardrooms / Auditorium / Meeting Rooms like Cisco SX series/ Cisco Room Kits / Polycom Group Series and X Series.
• Knowledge of Communication of Video Conferencing over Public IP’s / LAN IP and various Protocols used in Video Conferencing.
• Good knowhow of using MS Teams, Zoom on Hardware Video conferencing Endpoints.
• Knowledge of Telephony / Audio Meetings using Audio Bridge / IP Telephony.
• Good vendor management skills for managing AMC of AV equipment’s, servicing of devices, Raising RMA of devices.
• Ability to handle the runtime issues during Board Meetings / Events with immediate solution.
• Knowledge of Creating Meeting invites in Outlook using various platforms like MS Teams/ Webex  / Zoom / Blue Jeans.
• Job location is New Delhi and manage all Audio Video Infrastructure for pan India remotely which consists of Boardrooms / Meeting Rooms / Training Rooms / Conference Room which are equipped with Hitech Audio-Video devices integrated with Apple iPad / AMX Controllers

Communication Skills:

• Should have excellent English written & verbal communication.
• Email and computer skills.

Good communication skills, able to communicate with High profile stakeholders like Directors / CxO / Managing Director.
