Job Title: IT Support Engineer.

Department: Systems Management Group.

Qualification: IT Graduate / Diploma in Hardware & Networking

Expected CTC: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA.

Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years exp.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand the nature of problem and troubleshoot it efficiently.
2. Computer formatting, Operating System & Other software’s installation.
3. Monitoring & taking daily backup of server data.
4. Timely responds to user on their query with closer timeline.
5. Running regular checks on network and data security
6. Manage and maintain IT and computer systems.
7. Manage and maintain Firewall, Server system.
8. Assist for system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
9. Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
10. Assign IT infrastructure as per requirement & maintain records.
11. Security & Surveillance Management (Access control, CCTV, etc)
12. Installation of Antivirus & maintain database of timely renewal.
13. Develop a program of maintenance and support for all IT systems to ensure a minimum of downtime and fast resolution of any problem.
14. Develop systems as necessary to meet changing business needs.
15. Assist in the development of IT Project plans across the organization to ensure that effective systems are introduced to meet identified needs.
16. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with latest hardware and software.
17. Responsible for organisation-wide systems, information, and telecommunications.
18. Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
19. To ensure NAS Server backup is done on daily basis.
20. Majority of the time, responsible for Head office duties. Client site visits as and when required for any IT related issues.

Candidate should have knowledge of IT infrastructure and be able to manage the above-mentioned responsibilities.
