Founder's Note
Late Mr. Ratnesh Javeri was the esteemed Founder, Chairperson, and Managing Director of Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A renowned Multimedia Technology Specialist, Mr. Javeri was a distinguished Audio Visual and Multimedia Systems Designer and Integrator. He was a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Engineers (India) and the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.
Under his visionary leadership, the Innovative Group of companies, based in Mumbai, achieved ISO-9000, ISO-14000, and ISO-18000 certifications, excelling in various aspects of AV and IT systems integration. Mr. Javeri achieved several firsts for India in the AV industry. In January 2008, he became the first Indian to obtain the Certified Technology Specialist in Design (CTS-D) certification from InfoComm International. He was also the first non-American to achieve the AV-9000 Certified Quality Assurance Designer (CQD) and Technician (CQT) certifications from the Association for Quality in AV (AQAV).
Mr. Javeri contributed significantly to the development of the ANSI/INFOCOMM 2M-2010 standard and served on InfoComm International’s Standards Steering Committee and Board of Directors.
His remarkable contributions were recognized with the Harald Thiel Volunteer of the Year Award in June 2014, the highest recognition for his knowledge and dedication to the AV industry. He was also elected a Fellow Member of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and the Institution of Engineers (India), earning the prestigious title of Chartered Engineer in 2014.
Mr. Javeri’s legacy of innovation, excellence, and leadership continues to inspire and guide Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

With over a decade of experience, Mr. Thakkar has established himself as a prominent figure in the field, driving revenue growth and fostering innovation. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing, equipping him with both technical expertise and strategic acumen.
