1993-Inception
Inception of Innovative Systems, Innovative Solutions, and Integrated Systems
2004 – Volunteer of the year – Infocomm International
Ratnesh Receiving Volunteer of the year 2004 award from the CEO of Infocomm International
2005 – Incorporation as private limited company

2006 – ISO Certifications
In 2006, ISSPL became the first audio-visual system integration company to achieve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.
2007-CQT Certification
Ratnesh Javeri’s Pioneering Achievement: He became the first Indian to achieve the “AV-9000 Certified Quality Assurance Technician (CQT)” certification
2008 – India’s First CTS-D
In 2008, Mr. Ratnesh Javeri became the first Indian to achieve the prestigious “Certified Technology Specialist in Design (CTS-D)”
2010 – Became Member of Standard's Committee Task Group

2014 – Biamp Service Center
In 2014, Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISSPL) was honored to be designated as Biamp’s exclusive service center outside of the United States.
2014 – India’s First CTS-I
In 2014, Mr. Godfrey D’Sa became the first Indian to achieve the prestigious “Certified Technology Specialist in Installation (CTS-I)”
2018-First Indian Company to have Two CTS-D Certified Professional
Mr. Bhavin Sureliya’ s CTS-D certification in 2018 made Innovative the first Indian systems integration company with two CTS-D professionals, reinforcing its industry leadership.
2023-AV professional of the year – SIIA
Mr. Ratnesh Javeri (Prometheus) has been honoured with the prestigious ‘AV Professional of the Year’ award at the Systems Integration India Awards 2023, recognizing his outstanding contributions and exceptional leadership in the audiovisual industry.
Founder's Note
Late Mr. Ratnesh Javeri was the esteemed Founder, Chairperson, and Managing Director of Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A renowned Multimedia Technology Specialist, Mr. Javeri was a distinguished Audio Visual and Multimedia Systems Designer and Integrator. He was a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Engineers (India) and the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.
Under his visionary leadership, the Innovative Group of companies, based in Mumbai, achieved ISO-9000, ISO-14000, and ISO-18000 certifications, excelling in various aspects of AV and IT systems integration. Mr. Javeri achieved several firsts for India in the AV industry. In January 2008, he became the first Indian to obtain the Certified Technology Specialist in Design (CTS-D) certification from InfoComm International. He was also the first non-American to achieve the AV-9000 Certified Quality Assurance Designer (CQD) and Technician (CQT) certifications from the Association for Quality in AV (AQAV).
Mr. Javeri contributed significantly to the development of the ANSI/INFOCOMM 2M-2010 standard and served on InfoComm International’s Standards Steering Committee and Board of Directors.
His remarkable contributions were recognized with the Harald Thiel Volunteer of the Year Award in June 2014, the highest recognition for his knowledge and dedication to the AV industry. He was also elected a Fellow Member of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and the Institution of Engineers (India), earning the prestigious title of Chartered Engineer in 2014.
Mr. Javeri’s legacy of innovation, excellence, and leadership continues to inspire and guide Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
