Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Audio Visual (AV) solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's AV products and services including conferencing systems, sound systems, display solutions, and integrated AV technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV integration and solutions market.
   Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
   Promote and sell AV solutions including video conferencing systems, digital signage, sound systems, and control systems.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, and system integrators.
   Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
   Understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design, project execution, and delivery.
   Ensure smooth handover from sales to project implementation.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AV technologies.
   Identify new market segments and potential clients.
5. Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
   Participate in tender submissions and negotiations.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Job Title: AV Junior Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Department: Sales / Pre-Sales
Reporting To: Pre-Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Junior Pre-Sales Executive – AV Solutions to support our sales team in delivering customized audio-visual solutions to our clients. This entry-level role will involve working closely with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements, assist in preparing proposals, and provide pre-sales support for AV products and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding client AV requirements and creating technical solutions based on needs.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, and technical support) to develop project scopes and cost estimates.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with senior team members to gather technical inputs.
• Prepare Technical Drawings BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies (Active LED, Projection, DANTE Audio, USB and Type C Switching)
• Support in RFP/RFQ responses and tender documentation preparation.
• Provide demo setups and basic technical support during client presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in AV pre-sales, system integration, or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of AV products (displays, speakers, mics, AV switches, control systems like Crestron/Extron/AMX).
• Understanding of network and cabling basics.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Visio is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) by AVIXA
• Any OEM certification (e.g., from Crestron, Extron, Poly, Barco)

The Audiovisual Assistant Project Manager works closely with the Audiovisual Project Manager to support the successful implementation of audiovisual projects. They assist in planning, organizing, and executing AV projects, ensuring that they meet the specified requirements and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Diploma Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Audiovisual Technology, Project Management) is preferred.
• Proven experience in AV implementation, Technology and project management.

• System Integration:
  1. Support the integration of various AV components and devices under the guidance of senior team members.
  1. Assist in connecting and troubleshooting audio and video sources, such as laptops, media players, and recording equipment.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Configure AV control systems, such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron, to enable user-friendly control and automation.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring audiovisual equipment and systems.
  • Configure video systems, including projectors, displays, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during Installations
  • Ensure that all AV equipment is in working order and maintained properly.

• Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Audiovisual Project Manager to plan and execute AV projects.
  • Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

• Client Communication:
  • Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand their AV requirements and expectations.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress and address any concerns or changes in requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any potential issues.

• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Create and update technical documentation for AV systems and equipment.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct rigorous testing of AV systems to ensure proper functionality, performance, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in the system.
