Project Overview
AES reached out to us for the upgrade of their existing AV setup in various areas, including the Board Conference Room, Multipurpose Halls, and the Hall of Peace.
Board Conference Room
The Board Conference Room was upgraded with:
One Epson EB-L730U projector and a 75” LED display.
An HDBaseT wallplate for HDMI inputs and a 4x4 HDMI matrix switcher with built-in HDBaseT output.
12 QSC ceiling speakers powered by a QSC amplifier, integrated with Sennheiser’s MCR Series wireless microphone system, which includes 8 wireless gooseneck transmitters and 2 wireless handheld microphones.
A Q-SYS backend for integrating audio and video, utilizing a QSC NC-12x80 PTZ camera for seamless integration using a single category cable. The Q-SYS Core provides robust audio processing and control automation for the room.
Hall of Peace and Open Area
The Hall of Peace and open area used existing display systems, including a projector and two 75” LED displays. The upgrades included:
An HDBaseT wallplate for HDMI inputs and a 4x4 HDMI matrix switcher with built-in HDBaseT output.
4 QSC CP12 active speakers, a Marani speaker processor, and an Allen and Heath QU16 mixing console.
Outdoor Speaker System
The outdoor speaker system was enhanced with:
3 Audac WX802-O outdoor-rated speakers.
Amplification and Playback: An Audac mixer amplifier and a Denon DN-200BR for audio playback.
Multipurpose Halls
Both multipurpose halls utilized existing video systems with new audio upgrades, including:
QSC’s CP8 powered speakers and a Mackie ProFX-12V3 analog audio mixer.
Basketball Court
The basketball court was equipped with:
Two Unilumin LED walls (2 meters x 1.5 meters) with a pixel pitch of 2.5mm, used as a scoreboard.
A Kramer VS-62H matrix switcher with various inputs, including SDI camera inputs for live screening and highlights, Apple TV, and wired sources.
