Project Overview
Innovative Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. successfully completed an audio-visual systems integration project for Priceline India at their Mumbai office. The project encompassed various huddle rooms, conference rooms, a boardroom, a command centre, a cafeteria that doubles as a townhall area, and a library area used as a small training room.

Technology Solutions
Huddle Rooms and Conference Rooms:
Used in all huddle rooms and smaller conference rooms for efficient and high-quality video conferencing.
Installed in larger conference rooms to ensure premium video and audio quality.
Provided clear and vibrant visuals in all rooms.
Each room operates on a Zoom Room setup using iPads as the meeting room control interface, offering intuitive and easy management of meetings.
Board Room:
Ensures high-quality video conferencing for large meetings.
Provides clear and immersive visuals.
Controlled via iPads for seamless meeting management.
Command Centre:
Equipped with three 86" Samsung LED Displays for comprehensive monitoring and management of critical operations.
Cafeteria/Townhall Area:
Installed with a 98" Samsung LED display, Sennheiser SL Series Wireless Microphone System, Bose Control Space EX-1280C Audio Processor, Audac ALTI4 Pendent Speakers, BASE15 Subwoofer, and Audac CAP412 Amplifier.
Utilizes HDBaseT extenders from Atlona and an Atlona 8x8 HDMI HDR Matrix Switcher for robust video management.
Equipped with two Aver PTZ cameras and integrated with the room's audio system for conducting virtual townhalls.
Managed using Crestron systems for seamless control and automation.
Library/Training Room:
Installed with a Samsung Flip interactive display.
Equipped with Logitech Rally Plus solutions to support hybrid training environments.
