Project Overview
The JCB Halol Plant Corporate Auditorium is a 100-seater facility equipped with high-end audiovisual equipment. This space is designed to accommodate various functions including local meetings, hybrid meetings via software-based VC platforms, streaming, and recording.
Video System
The auditorium is equipped with a 200” diagonal LED video wall featuring a 2.5mm pixel pitch, along with two 55” LED displays used as stage confidence monitors. The video transport includes an HDMI extension solution using Lightware’s TPS Series HDbaseT Extension system, with switching managed by Lightware’s 8×8 HDMI 2.0 Matrix Switcher.
Audio System
The audio system comprises of 10 QSC 8” ceiling speakers, 4 in-ceiling subwoofers, QSC Amplification and Shure’s BLX Series wireless microphone system for clear audio pickup and transmission
Audio management is handled by Q-SYS Core 110F, integrating audio seamlessly with three Q-SYS PTZ cameras for simple and reliable video integration within the Q-Lan ecosystem.
Control System
Control and lighting management for the auditorium are facilitated by a Crestron control system, providing reliable options for managing various aspects of the room’s usage scenarios.
