The newly built auditorium in Vengurla, a small town in Maharashtra, has a seating capacity of 700 and features an advanced AV system to support various events. The auditorium is designed to serve as both a live event venue and a movie screening theatre.
The audio system includes a 5.1 speaker configuration, achieved by installing three stacks of JBL VRX932LA line array speakers with five boxes in each stack, serving as LCR channels and live event speakers. The main stacks are supported by two AC18/26 front fill speakers and three ASB6125 subwoofers for extended low-frequency response. The surround channel is achieved using 10 AC18/95 speakers, with five on each side, and PRX812 serves as a stage monitor for live events. Amplification is provided by seven Crown XTI6002 and one DCI8|600N amplifiers, with audio processing handled by a BSS BLU 806 processor and Soundcraft Signature 22 analog mixing console.
The auditorium’s video system features a Panasonic 1200lm projector (PT-RZ120) with a short throw lens, enabling dual functionality. Dolby speaker processing is achieved using a Denon AVR-X3700H, while video switching and extension are handled by ATEN’s HDMI Switchers, and AV system control is managed by an ATEN VK-2100 control processor.
