One of the most significant elements of the Shrimad Rajchandra mission complex is the Jin Mandir – The Dharampur Tirth. This two-story temple, made entirely from marble, presented a challenging project for us, we designed and built an integrated solution for installed audio, video, live streaming, and video mixing to cater various usage scenario in day-to-day operations.
The installed audio system includes a distributed sound setup using QSC AD-S162T, AD-S802T, AD-S12, and AD-S5T speakers strategically located throughout the temple. These are powered by QSC PLD 4.5 amplifiers. The audio backend combines Dante and Q-SYS for flexible audio routing using Q-sys Core 100F Audio Processor for each floor. Live sound mixing is managed by an Allen and Heath SQ5 digital mixer, DT168 Dante stage box, and multiple Audinate AVIO adapters to expand the system as needed.
For live streaming and video mixing, the setup includes Blackmagic ATEM switchers and Blackmagic SDI to fiber converters, which connect the live camera inputs and recorders. The program feed is distributed throughout the temple using Lightware VINX AV over IP backend, allowing for flexible display placement as required.
The end-to-end digital solution provides extensive flexibility in system utilization. 22 wall plates located throughout the temple provides various connectivity options and flexibility to insert/extract Audio and Video, enabling users to connect endpoints as per the need.
