Project Overview
The Trident Oberoi, Nariman has recently renovated its Regal Room along with the Garden Bar and restaurant. The Regal Room features breathtaking interiors and chandeliers, which required carefully selected speakers that matched its stunning aesthetics. To achieve this, Bose’s Edgemax series was chosen for its excellent sound quality and minimal profile.
Solution Design and Implementation
Regal Room Audio System:
Speakers:
Each of the three separate ballrooms is equipped with 4 Bose Edgemax 90 speakers, 4 Bose Edgemax 180 speakers, and 4 DM8C subwoofers to enhance low-frequency response.
Amplification:
The speakers are powered by Bose P4300A and P2600 amplifiers.
Audio Processing and Control:
Managed by 2 ControlSpace EX-880A audio processors and 2 CC-64 control panels for easy user control.
Adjoining Areas:
Prefunction Area:
Installed with 8 DM5C premium in-ceiling speakers.
Terrace Area:
Equipped with 12 weatherized Bose Free space 360P speakers.
Toilets and Cloak Room:
Fitted with Bose FS2C ceiling speakers.
Additional Areas:
Passage, Breakout Area, and Gulmohar Area:
Each area is installed with 8 DM5C premium in-ceiling speakers, powered by 4 Bose P2600A amplifiers.
Garden Bar:
High SPL Requirements:
Includes 4 DM6SE surface mount speakers, Bose DM6C in-ceiling speakers for the private dining section, 10 DM8C speakers for the main dining area, and 4 DM8C subwoofers for enhanced low-frequency response.
Audio Processing:
Managed by Bose CSP 1248 audio speaker processor ad Powered by 3 Bose P2600A Amplifiers.
Lobby Lounge and Main Lobby:
Speakers:
Includes 12 DM8C premium in-ceiling speakers for the double-height main lobby and Bose DM6C ceiling speakers for the lobby lounge.
Amplification and Processing:
All speakers are powered by Bose P2600A amplifiers and managed by Bose EX 1280 audio DSP for the entire space.
